Kenwood Park Children’s Center (KPCC) has provided quality childcare in Montgomery County since 1986.  This experience has given us the ability and opportunity to create flexible programs, more individualized attention to students and their families, and provide care that meets the needs of all our families.

Our stability and longevity are the result of creative and artistic programming coupled with dedicated and loyal staff. Our staff has over an average of 5.5 years of employment. This number does not accurately reflect the longevity of our staff as we believe in promoting from within.  Eight staff members began as assistants and 4 are now Group Leaders and/or Senior Staff and 3 continued on with their training and are now Directors. 

KPCC currently operates 5 centers, in the Bethesda, Gaithersburg, Montgomery Village, Rockville and the Silver Spring areas.  Three of the sites are in elementary schools and serve the staff and/or families at that school.  One offers Before-and-After School Care and our three other locations offer Infant and Toddler and Full day child care for the staff who work at that Montgomery County Public School (MCPS)  or surrounding MCPS schools.  The Whittier Woods Center is our largest facility and at that site we house our Administrative Offices, have a Preschool/Childcare Program and Before-and-After Care for the 6 elementary schools in the Whitman Cluster.
